Barnaby

Barnaby is a charming French Bulldog with a playful spirit and a heart full of affection. He has a heartbreaking past. He was kept in a cage his entire life never seeing sunlight, grass, or human affection. He was rescued with another Frenchie named Bunny (female, also available for adoption) and thriving with his new found freedom. He is a fun, lively companion who enjoys attention, playtime, and being close to his people. He does well with other dogs and has also been good with children, making her a lovely addition to the right home.

Like many French Bulldogs, Barnaby will thrive with an owner who understands the breed and its special needs. A Frenchie experienced adopter will be best prepared to help him stay happy, healthy, and comfortable. Barnaby is extremely friendly to everyone he meets. He is learning the basics of potty training on a schedule, walking on leash (no issues), using stairs (learned in one day!), and doggy 101. He is quiet, kind, and just wants some love and a comfortable place to nap!
