Estrella

Estrella was surrendered to us by an owner who could no longer care for her. She likely spent her whole young life outdoors and was matted, dirty, and flea ridden when we rescued her. As dogs do, she is quick to forgive and simply adores humans. She would also thrive in a home with another confident, kind dog that can show her the ropes of how to "dog".

Estrella (aka Stella) is a very sweet, gentle, affectionate girl who loves to be by your side, give kisses and join in your world. She is very gentle and gets along with people and dogs in her house. She is smart and learns very affectionate quickly. She is very agile and athletic despite being only 10 pounds. Stella takes some time to warm up and can be fearful at first until she feels confident that she is in a safe space. She has separation anxiety (even if other pets are present) so she will need to work on that and would probably be best in a home with another dog and with someone who can work with her on her separation anxiety. She is potty trained and easy to walk.
