Karen

Karen is a shy but hopeful young girl looking for a gentle and loving family to call her own. She was terrified in the shelter and shaking but is blossoming in a calm foster home. She is still slightly timid but warms up fast with adults. Once she knows you, she is very affectionate and likes being close to people.

She is friendly towards her foster dog sibling and very curious about the world around her. Karen is not a barker (at all!), sleeps in her crate throughout the night and will take herself there during the day to rest also. She is easy to handle if taken slowly at first. She is potty trained if taken outside but will also use a pee pad. She’s a lovely dog who will be a great companion to someone whose approach is gentle and builds her trust.
