Mica

Mica is a sweet, playful girl who recently finished raising a litter of puppies and is now settled and doing wonderfully on her own. Once she’s bonded with her people, she’s deeply affectionate — following them room to room and turning into a lap dog the second someone sits down. Mica gets along well with other dogs in the home. She takes time to warm up to new people and will bark when visitors first arrive. She’s better suited to adopters who can manage introductions patiently, and likely not the best fit for a home with young children given this uncertainty. She’s food-motivated and eating well, and is in the early stages of house training — reliable going outside or on a pee pad, and just starting to learn “sit.” She’d do best with a calm household ready to finish house training, continue basic obedience, and give her the time she needs to trust new people.
