Mabel

Meet Mabel, our newest little potato dog! This sweet gal ended up at the shelter with horribly infected ears, an eye that was beyond saving, and more. We rushed in to help and got her into surgery stat to remove the painful eye, open her ears (full ablation) and begin healing her heart.

Her ear flaps are still healing from years of untreated hot spots, and she's a winky now and partially deaf, but she is healing so well and we couldn't be happier for her!

She's getting along great with her one eye and so grateful to be free. Free from the shelter, free from pain and neglect, and free from her past.

Mabel loves other dogs (especially bully/micro bully types like her) and makes the funniest little sounds when she plays. She is good with people and kids also. She is crate trained and potty trained when on a schedule.
