Onyx

Meet the kindest boy with the best underbite in town. Onyx is such a sweet boy! He’s a cuddle bug and just wants to be near you. We don't know what happened in his past but he is definitely under-socialized and timid about the world around him. A dishwasher, a honk, a leaf blowing...all can make him tremble a bit until he realizes he is safe and ok. He likes playing with toys and is very good at playing fetch. He’s getting used to walks and learning that they aren’t supposed to be scary! He likes smaller dogs and would probably like to have a small dog friend, but seems to be a little cautious around larger ones. He knows “sit” and seems to have good recall. He does go potty outside, but needs to learn how/where to ask. Overall, he’s such a good and mellow boy and would love to find a home that will teach him the world isn’t scary and build up his confidence, and would give in to his cuddle demands!
